How to Order a Customized Plushie
Want to add a personal touch to your Plushie?
We love bringing your creative ideas to life! Follow these simple steps to customize your order.
Step 1: Share Your Vision
Add the plushie to your cart and use the custom text box on the checkout page to type in your request. You can request things like specific yarn colors, minor embroidery details, or accessory additions.
Step 2: Place Your Base Order
Checkout as normal on our website to secure your plushie in our production queue. Your order subtotal will help you qualify toward our Free Shipping on orders over $49!
Step 3: Review Your Customization Fee
Once we receive your order, we will review your request. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will email you a separate PayPal Invoice within 1-2 business days with a detailed breakdown of adjusted fees.
Step 4: Crafting Begins!
As soon as your Custom Invoice is paid, we will pick up our crochet hooks and begin handcrafting your custom creation.
Estimated Fees for Customizations
Please note: If a custom request is too complex for us to fulfill, or if the separate Custom Invoice remains unpaid after 48 hours, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please see our Refunds & Return Policy for a full breakdown of our return policy.
